Residents and FITs
Research Fitness for FITs
LIVE, INTERACTIVE, INTUITIVE

Supporting residents, fellows in training, and other clinicians to build research skills
A mentoring program outside my regular academic job, the way I learned it works
Philosophy:

Research methods, epidemiology, biostatistics, clinical trials design—
they are living fields, always unfolding.
Yet too often, they're taught in ways that feel abstract, dull or irrelevant.
But when research is practiced with integrity, deconstructed with clarity, and taught with both rigor and imagination, it becomes what academia was meant to be: a pursuit of understanding, a craft of curiosity, a light that invites others in.
What
Mentoring 1:1
Working together on initiating & conducting a research project. From idea generation ---> research protocol, statistical analysis plan ----> poster design & manuscript writing
